ILGA World’s Pride Month 2026 briefing puts the number of UN member states at 65. Burkina Faso wrote a prohibition for the first time. Trinidad and Tobago reversed a decriminalisation ruling. Senegal tightened. Mali — and later reporting on Niger — belong in the same ugly paragraph.
This is why the law tracker is dated, sourced, and a little grim. A static encyclopedia cannot outrun a parliament. It can refuse to pretend the line only moves toward repeal.
